Erratum
Public log of factual corrections to published posts. Errors caught after publication are documented here — date, post, the wrong fact, the corrected fact, the verifying source.
Why this page exists
Our methodology commits to a primary-source check on every fact, plus a fresh-session audit before publication. Both passes can still miss an error. When that happens, we believe the only honest response is a public, dated record of the correction — not a silent overwrite of the original post.
If you find an error in any klarproof post, please email info@klarproof.com with the URL, the specific claim, and (ideally) the primary source that contradicts it. We will investigate, correct the post if confirmed, and add the entry below.

- Stylistic edits (typos, phrasing, punctuation).
- Updates to ongoing situations (a regulator's leadership change, a new fine, a court decision after publication). These are reflected by updating the post and bumping its
updatedDate, not as errata. - Edits to internal documentation (CLAUDE.md, methodology, this page itself).
Errata are reserved for cases where a published post stated a fact that was wrong at the time of publication.
Procedural fixes following errata
Some errata also lead to changes in our process — for example, adding a new entry to the source blacklist, or tightening the audit prompt for a specific risk class. When that happens, the procedural change is also recorded in our internal documentation and reflected in the next revision of the methodology page.
